Technically, Panasonic Toughbook CF-20integrates a 10.1 inch WUXGA display (1920 x 1200 pixels) with the optional active digitizer, Intel Core m5-6Y57 vProSkylake processor (4MB cache and 1.1GHz, up to 2.8 GHz thanks to Intel Turbo Boost Technology) fanless, Intel HD Graphics 515 graphics card, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD and Windows 10 Pro operating system with the possibility of downgrading to Windows 7. On the tablet, you  find a USB 3.0 port (there is space for a second optional), a slot for microSDXC cards, HDMI, headphones, and a micro-SIM slot. The keyboard dock instead features three full-size USB ports, HDMI and VGA, Ethernet and serial ports, as well as an SDXC card reader. Onboard, there is no shortage802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth, and optionally 4G-LTE, NFC, and GPS. There are also two 2-megapixel (front) and 8-megapixel (rear) cameras.

A Panasonic Toughbook CF-20 is based on Windows 10 Pro and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. Panasonic's Toughbook CF-20 is a single SIM (GSM) tablet. Panasonic's Toughbook CF-20 LTE measures 272.00 x 196.00 x 16.40mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 1,760.00 grams.

Panasonic's Toughbook CF-20 connectivity options include 802.11 ac WiFi, GPS, NFC, 3G, and 4G (supporting 40 bands used in some LTE networks in India). Tablet sensors include accelerometers and proximity sensors.
